We welcome families, and go out of our way to make your stay pleasant and stress free. Please be aware that some of the Wild Pines owners don’t allow guests under 21, so please read their rules first. Please call or email us with any questions or special needs you may have. We are full time Bonita Springs residents and are just 15 minutes away should you need something. We try to personally greet every guest when you check-in and make sure that you have everything you need.
Created in the late 1980s, Bonita Bay is a master planned community, located off US 41 in Bonita Springs, FL between Naples and Fort Myers. It is surrounded by the Imperial River, Estero Bay, and Spring Creek. From its inception, Bonita Bay was designed to blend with its natural surroundings, to be in harmony with an unspoiled ecosystem of 2,400 acres – more than half of which is dedicated to open space. This was the dream of the late David B. Shakarian, founder of GNC and Bonita Bay Properties, Inc., the master developer of Bonita Bay.
Bonita Bay is a fishing friendly community, making it great a place to fish. Don’t assume if you rent a condo elsewhere that they allow fishing, in fact most other communities do not allow fishing. If you love to fish Wild Pines has a lake right out the door, and there are more than 30 lakes that hold trophy Bass, Snook, and Tarpon. When you stay with us, Capt Eric Anderson who owns the condo will help put you on the fish. This is the very best place to fish from shore in all of SW Florida.
Bonita Bay’s private Beach Club on Bonita Beach Road offers residents the perfect place to relax and enjoy sun, sand and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Picnic pavilions with grills for cookouts and showers and restrooms are available. The Beach Club is a short drive from Bonita Bay and is accessible by the community shuttle bus which is available during the peak winter season months. You can use the beach year round and your guest pass allows you to park in the the beach club parking lot.
We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind in the condo or on the Lani. Please be considerate of others and limit your smoking to the parking lot, there is a covered area over the sidewalk as you enter from the parking lot for rainy days.
