We don’t charge any fees, period. Many other owners at wild pines units charge a variety fees and deposits, please read the rules on their site. Our rates include the 11 1/2 % hotel tax, making our Wild Pines condo the best value in Bonita Bay. Enjoy the great Bonita Bay amenities at a price anyone can afford. Please Note: We require a minimum 7 night stay.
