A: Your deposit is based on the time of year you will be staying with us, see the rates page for complete info. We have a minimum 7 night stay, but only require one night rate for the deposit. For high season Jan 1st thru Mar 31st the deposit is based on one week rate. Our minimum rental during high season is 1 month.
We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind in the condo or on the Lani. Please be considerate of others and limit your smoking to the parking lot, there is a covered area over the sidewalk as you enter from the parking lot for rainy days.
A. We will refund 100% of your deposit if you give us written notice you want to cancel 31 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 31 days notice you will forfeit your entire deposit.
Wild Pines has its own private pool and hot tub, in addition to many other amenities. See our amenities page for complete information.
A: The distance to our private beach club is only 5 miles if you drive. Don’t forget you can take the free beach shuttle that leaves from the entry to the parking lot. This runs from Nov thru March, sometimes longer depending on the year, check with us for exact dates during your stay.
A: Not in Bonita Bay the golf course is a private course for members only. There are plenty of other golf courses nearby where you can play!
Wild Pines has its own tennis courts which are next to the pool. Sign up to reserve a time at the courts
Yes: Bonita Bay is a fishing friendly community with lots of lakes to fish. In fact it is one of the few places where you can fish for Tarpon and Snook in freshwater lakes! In addition there is great fishing for Largemouth bass, some lakes have all 3 species!
